In early 2026, we plan to release a 30cm diameter spun sauté pan. It will be spun from a 4mm thick sheet of copper with 65mm tall straight walls. The pan will feature our forged stainless steel handle and a new forged stainless steel helper handle, each secured with three 6mm copper rivets. Pre-orders are now available.
